SW Group Virtual is a Czech non-commercial project that brings together aviation enthusiasts and fans of air transport within the world of flight simulators. The project was established in 2006 under the name Travel Service Virtual. Throughout its existence, its main purpose has remained the same — to recreate the real-world operations of Smartwings Group as faithfully as possible.

All data we use (such as information about flights, aircraft, and destinations) come from publicly available sources and are used solely for non-commercial and educational purposes. The project operates completely independently, with no legal or organizational connection to Smartwings Group or any other entity involved in commercial air transport. All our activities are the result of voluntary work by community members and are intended purely for entertainment, education, and skill development in the areas of aviation and computer literacy.

An active and friendly community. In the discussion channels on our Discord server, everyone will find a topic which suits them best. Staff members are always happy to give advice or answer any questions. Pilots are by no means considered employees: they are members of a community, and you can easily join.

A balance of realism and freedom. Our virtual airline system allows the pilot to tailor their virtual flying experience to make it as fun as possible. A higher level of realism is appreciated, but certainly not imposed.

Quality liveries and documents. Our exclusive repaints for various addons are as close to reality as you can get. We also provide detailed documents for both day-to-day operation and special events.

Extensive documentation. For both everyday operations and special events, our documentation offers valuable resources. You’ll find, for example, real parking stand assignments at most destinations and detailed briefings for more challenging airports. All essential information is also available on our wiki.

Up-to-date flight offer. New flights are added almost every day according to reality, while older flights are automatically removed from the offer after a certain period of time (for flights that were one-offs in reality, this occurs usually after one month). Our flight offer never gets monotonous, and over time, you can literally discover the whole world with us.

Real-time information on real-world developments. We strive to bring real-world events into your simulator as quickly as possible. You’ll always be among the first to know about interesting developments such as world tours, overseas lease operations, newly repainted aircraft, and more. These are promptly reflected in our flight schedule, and corresponding repaints are released without delay.

No strict activity requirements. You are free to fly anytime you want, and no-one will force you into flying if you don’t feel like it or don’t have enough time. Feel free to take your time off whenever you wish. No pressure.

Fast and friendly flight validation. We manually check submitted flights with an emphasis on fairness. While we will point out possible errors in light of reality, it is by no means our goal to reject flights on a daily basis. We believe that the rules are set clearly and completely free of unnecessary restrictions that could lead to uncertainty on the part of the pilot when conducting a standard flight. We take a responsible and friendly approach to evaluating flights, and if you have any concerns about a flight you have made, please feel free to let us know in the comments before submitting the flight. In the vast majority of cases, flights are validated within a few hours after they are submitted, but express validation on request is certainly not a problem either (unless all validators are asleep). Of course, you can book more flights without the previous flight being validated.

Independent, reliable and intuitive system. Our virtual airline runs on our independent system that we are constantly developing. We are limited only by our imagination – suggestions are always welcome.

All materials available in Czech. We understand that Czech is the native language of most of our pilots, which is why all our materials and social media content are available in both English and Czech. Naturally, communication with the virtual airline team can also take place in Czech.

Historical flights through our Legacy Routes project. If you enjoy historical aviation, you’ll find everything you need here – flights, repaints, and documentation. Historic routes of Czech Airlines are a permanent part of our virtual airline.

Here for you since 2006. SW Group Virtual is the longest-running virtual airline in the Czech Republic. We are a stable virtual airline with a proud tradition and a deep passion for what we do. Our records on the history of the real airline and Czech commercial aviation in general are extensive – feel free to ask us anything you’d like to know.
